Sam Holmes discovered Lake Tahoe's immutable attraction in the summer of 1997 and immediately knew he was home. Having grown up up in a big family in the foothills of Yosemite, Sam has had a lifelong affinity for the lifestyle offered by the high elevations of the Sierra Nevadas. Once he realized all that Lake Tahoe has to offer; beautiful surroundings, exhilerating activities, great people, and an overall enjoyable lifestyle, the choice to stay was made simple. In the spring of 2001 he met his soon to be wife, Stacey, whom he married four years later. Together they have planted roots in the community and here to stay.
In the fall of 2005, Sam Holmes joined the team of Realtors at Century 21 At Tahoe Paradise, the single most effective and successful Real Estate Company in the South Lake Tahoe area. His knowledge of the area paired with his extensive experience in customer service has allowed him to develop a style of service which is well regarded by all of those who have had the pleasure to work with him.
